We welcome you to our gîte, a typical 94 m² half-timbered barn located in a small village in the heart of the Normandy countryside, near Honfleur and the beaches.
Carefully renovated, with a focus on preserving its authentic charm, the house has been rated 3 stars by ATOUT FRANCE since its opening in July 2022.
Its tasteful decor, combining a cozy atmosphere, a natural feel, and comfortable living, provides an ideal setting for sharing friendly moments with family or friends. You can choose to relax and enjoy the large garden and terrace, or explore the many tourist attractions in our region.
In just a short 15-minute walk, you can visit the pretty town of Honfleur and its small port, discover the charming town of Pont-l'Evèque and its lake, Pont-Audemer, the little Norman Venice, or the Marais Vernier in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Natural Park.
The beaches of Trouville and Deauville are 25 minutes away, and Le Havre via the Normandy Bridge is 35 minutes away. Rouen, Caen, and Etretat with its unmissable cliffs are 45 minutes away.
The cottage, which can accommodate up to 6 people and 1 baby, comprises:
On the ground floor, a separate entrance with a dressing room opening onto a large, bright 40 m² living room with a wood-burning stove. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (American-style fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, and washing machine) with direct access to the terrace. A separate toilet.
Upstairs, you have three bedrooms with new bedding. One bedroom has two 90x200cm single beds, a second bedroom has two 80x190cm single beds that can be converted into one 160x190cm double bed, and a master bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and an open bathroom with a bathtub and sink. There's also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, a separate toilet, and a reading nook for children on the landing.
Outside, you'll find a 1,500m² enclosed garden in a quiet setting, not overlooked, with a south-facing terrace, garden table, garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs, and a grill for your barbecues. Parking is available in front of the house for two cars.

Summary: Had a really lovely stay in your beautiful holiday home. Gorgeous and relaxing surroundings and couldn’t have asked for more in the house itself. Extremely clean, modern and fully stocked with everything we needed i really loved the little extras like the yummy cakes & drinks on arrival. Christine was a wonderful and super friendly host, greeting us as we arrived and gave a very good tour of the house. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Boulleville and would love to return in the future.

Summary: The host was very nice and welcoming. We asked for a couple of recommendations of restaurants and places to visit and we had a list waiting for us when we arrived. :) We also needed some hangers and the host brought some the next day as well as a new drying rack. The place was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The area is very quiet and not far from Honfleur and Deauville/Trouville. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We stayed at Christine’s beautiful Norman house in mid August. It is exactly as described, and sits in a beautiful village cross crossed by quaint hedges and laneways. It is the perfect place to access Honfluer, Deuville and Rouen. Large backyard and outdoor lounge area was perfect for the adults and kids. And the place was spotless upon arrival. Thanks Christine hopefully we get the opportunity to stay again.

Summary: This is a lovely property, very accurately described. Christine the owner was delightful. She provided a generous welcome pack of bread, milk, conserves etc and because we were late arriving and she was unable to greet us, came the following morning with breakfast for us all. The house is very comfortable with high quality furnishings and equipment. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to indulge in our love of cooking; even two coffee machines - pod and grounds! The large lawned garden and decked terrace with comfortable lounging furniture, outdoor table and chairs for dining al fresco and even two large parasols for shade, made it a lovely place to relax in the brilliant weather we enjoyed. At the end of our stay Christine arrived very early in the morning to say goodbye which was a lovely gesture. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a restful break in a part of Normandy close to Honfleur but off the beaten track.

Summary: The host Christine was very warm and welcoming, with lots of little touches around the house that made it clear how much she and her family cared that we enjoyed our stay. The house has everything we needed, the outdoor seating lovely to enjoy in the warm weather. Summary: We had a great stay for two nights. The property is new and has all you need with regard to equipment. Quiet neighborhood. Main bed frame a bit squeaky. Shops close by, restaurants in local village. Close to Honfluer which is lovely. Good base for visiting other places on the coast.
