Large private rustic hillside house, with beautiful views. The property ,although only a few minutes from loule centre and supermarket is at the end of a small road on a hill overlooking beautiful countryside. Its main asset is that is is so private that you are not overlooked and very few vehicles pass each day. This allows total relaxation and rest if required without being disturbed.
The swimming pool can be heated if required but in summer months the pool cover generally keeps the pool up to 30c if covered at night. If a little night life is required, Vilamoura is only 20 minutes by car or a short taxi ride.

Summary: This nice holiday home is in a very quiet location. You only hear "nature". Perfect house to spend your holiday with family and friends. Good communication with the house manager, Fatima. Not far (25 minutes by car) from the Faro Airport. The only thing we missed was a Coffee Machine 😉. My family and I spent a very nice vacation in the Algarve.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in this lovely house. Great, private location just outside Loulé - wonderful pool and everything we needed for our holiday. Both the owner and property manager were very helpful and responsive with any queries we had. We hope very much to return.

Summary: After 2 long years apart, our family was able to reunite in this beautiful home. My brother & his family live in London, my sister & I, and families, live in the states. It was a wonderful place for us to come together to relax, site see, swim, cook & enjoy meals together.

Summary: We’re just back from a superb 10-day stay here, and we had a fantastic time. We needed a restful time after a hectic year, and we certainly got what we needed from this villa and it’s great pool. My wife and I had the upstairs bedroom, and she - a poor sleeper - slept better here than she has for years. You do need a car here - it’s location is what gives the peace and quiet. We used Drive4Fun, after researching recommendations on the web, and the pickup and drop-off at Faro airport was really easy. With a car, you’re only a few minutes from the Continente supermarket and the town of Loule, an interesting town in itself. The market on Saturday is well worth a visit. And with a car you’re only 20-30 minutes or so to the beach and the coastal towns. We recommend a visit to Tavira in the eastern Algarve, and there’s a great grill restaurant there too called O Simao - the langoustine starters are superb and the grilled lamb chops are to die for. The villa owner, Alan, is really friendly and helpful (as is Fatima the local agent) and has great suggestions for beaches and restaurants - we’ll worth contacting him before travelling, we’re glad we did. He put us on to the restaurant where we had the best meal - Gamboa in Almancil, with a family atmosphere where the owner is really enthusiastic about the food, which is simply but beautifully prepared and is mouth-wateringly good. Sea bass and golden bream were the catch of the day, and both were fresh and gorgeous. We had sun, warmth, great food and fun for the family of all ages (three generations for us). A fantastic time and we thoroughly recommend it.

Summary: Second stay for us and just as good as the previous time. Beautiful location, villa is very homely and relaxing and pool area is a great size for two families. BBQ and kitchen equipment a plenty and bedrooms and air con really comfortable. 10 minute drive into Loule to large Continente supermarket and restaurants. We visited Vilamoura and the marina about 20/25 minutes drive, same distance to the airport. Lots of good runs and walks from the villa should you wish to venture out on foot - (the mast on the hill in the distance is only 3 miles away with amazing 360 views of the area from the viewing platform) All in all a wonderful place to stay that won't disappoint.
