Beautiful remodeled farmhouse located in southeast Georgia. The large 3,000 sq ft house is beautifully decorated with a large kitchen and den, jacuzzi tub in master bathroom, pool table in entertainment room, 3 car carport and washer and dyer. Conveniently located less than 3 miles from I-16 and close to Georgia Southern University and about an hour drive to Savannah, Ga or Tybee Island. Our guests love the beautiful sunsets which can be enjoyed from 2 outdoor patios and large lawn surrounded by acres of tranquil farmland.

Summary: This house was AMAZING!! It's in a quiet, secluded, and very beautiful location! The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking!! Great place to get away from everything and just relax and enjoy your time with family and friends! This is also an amazing wedding venue, pictures would be beautiful!! We loved every minute of our time there and our host Susan was awesome!! We have talked about staying there again!! You will not be disappointed with anything if you stay here!! I highly recommend this beautiful house!! Rating is definitely a 10!!!!

Summary: Property is well taken care of. We had family stay there over Thanksgiving and everyone was amazed by the property. Nice touch - they left some cotton on the farm after harvesting it. Very nice location for family photos.

Summary: The home was very nice just like the listing. We got to the home really late and did not have much time to spend there. I would advise getting there in daylight. It was hard navigating to the house as it was very dark and the dirt and gravel roads were very messy after rainstorms.

Summary: Susan is the perfect host! The home is welcoming, and perfect for an event. We have hair and makeup artist use the parlor area. The home has steamers, platters, extra storage, comfortable beds, toiletries, and a peaceful vibe. There were a total of 12 ladies that got ready for the wedding there. The beds are super comfy as well. We felt right at home! The grounds are the best place to take photos with the backdrops. I would absolutely reccomend staying at Dutchford Farms for any large or small party!

Summary: The house is very spacious and clean. It is located out in the country where it is peaceful and no traffic. Only 20 minutes from town. A perfect family getaway.

Summary: We rented this house for my wife’s bridesmaids to stay in and to get ready in for our wedding. There was plenty of room for them to stay there comfortably without being on top of each other and the living room is large enough to host 2 hair dressers and a 2 makeup artists with plenty of room to spare. It turned out beautifully for all of her pictures too.
