*** Exciting! Starting in 2026, we will actually be a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house. Once our upgrades are done, we will post detailed info and pics. Any questions, feel free to reach out.
OK, we did go a little overboard with the outdoor kitchen. But running back and forth to the house while you are BBQing is such a drag. So, we put in a double BBQ (regular and searing), a griddle, two refrigerators, freezer drawers, icemaker, 2 sinks, 3 burners, warming drawer, gas pizza oven, large island, even a dishwasher. And while it is quite large, it is still an intimate place for people to hang out.
But we didn’t stop there. Had to do the large freeform pool with large hot tub, huge gas firepit, waterfall features, double-sized mosaic tile outdoor dining table with café lights, multiple tiered seating areas, expansive kid’s play structure and a hillside vineyard producing chardonnay and cabernet (which you get to try). Also, outdoor foosball, ping pong, Connect4 and cornhole too. The one thing we don’t have is neighbors.
We couldn’t help ourselves. We fell in love with this 1910 Craftsman farmhouse with amazing views of the Alexander Valley and only 8 minutes to Healdsburg Plaza. We spent 8 years remodeling it and creating the outdoor space. We just love it and love even more sharing this special place with guests.
We were even featured in Sonoma Magazine as part of their "Stunning Wine Country Vacation Pools." article. But what is more satisfying is receiving reviews from guests like “you’ll never want to leave this house”, “the most perfect backyard in Healdsburg”, “the best rental property out there” and “Five stars isn't enough.”
And the “little overboard” also goes on inside. Another large fully stocked kitchen with large island, griddle, 4 burners, Thermador double oven, and extensive coffee station. An entertainment system with 80” 4K TV, 7.1 sound, Apple TV (complete with Hulu, HBO/Max, Netflix, Disney, Prime, Paramount, Peacock or buy any movie/show you want). Japanese Toto toilets in every bathroom that open for you, heats the seat and can even spray your bum – only if you want that of course. A true wood burning fireplace, lovely on those colder nights and central heating and air to make sure you are always comfortable.
And who says Fido shouldn’t join in on the fun? We love pets. We can provide multiple dog beds, bowls, toys and plenty of space outside to run around (the whole 3 acres is fenced). We do ask for a nominal pet fee which helps us clean everything spotless inside and out.
As for beds, there are 8 in total. The master suite has a king bed, located upstairs with its own double-sink full bathroom and separate sitting room. The other bedrooms are downstairs. Two have queen beds, both with french doors out to the backyard. There is also another bedroom (connected by french doors to one of the bedrooms) which has 2 twin beds. There is another full bath downstairs plus a half guest bath. There are sofa beds in the upstairs sitting room, master bedroom alcove and downstairs living room.
One final note before you hopefully read some of our reviews. We want you to not just vacation at our house, but to have one of your best experiences ever. And if that is asking maybe too much, well, we do have a toilet that will spray your bum with water.

Summary: If I could give this stay more than 5 stars, I would! The home and outdoor area were gorgeous and well kept up, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful, the location was great, the check in/out process was easy…I could go on and on. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Summary: Amazing property. From the pool to the jacuzzi, outdoor seating, string lights and outdoor kitchen like no other, we couldn't have asked for more. Inside was farmhouse chic. Extremely comfortable beds and accommodations. Charming nooks and crannies everywhere. I could go on and on but have to mention the stunning waterfalls. Michael was very responsive to any and all questions and he has really thought of everything to make renter's stay fabulous. The only downside -- it was hard to cook indoors again when we got home. We'll be back.

Summary: My family and I have traveled extensively and this overall was one of our favorite trips. If you love to cook and enjoy your meals in an amazing atmosphere this is the place to go. The outdoor kitchen is next level. The host thinks of ever tiny little detail you might need both inside the and outside of the house !!! I would come back without a second thought

Summary: Awesome house located close to town. Only 10 minute drive to many wineries. The house had everything needed for a great stay including an epic outdoor kitchen. Michael was a great host and easy to communicate with. I’ll be referring several friends to this house!

Summary: Our family had such a great time during our stay! The outdoor kitchen and dining area was spectacular. We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, playing ping pong, eating outside, etc. The kitchens were fully stocked with anything you may need to cook with. The hosts really made sure we had everything we needed. They were very responsive if we had any questions. Overall, we had such a wonderful time!

Summary: Exceeded our expectations for the property. There were so many activities and thoughtful touches that made our stay memorable. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen were exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. We truly appreciated how well-stocked, supplied, and thoughtfully arranged everything was. We always had what we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Michael was an amazing host. His communication prior to our visit was prompt and helpful, and he accommodated us with a special request. Additionally, when we left something behind, Michael went above and beyond by finding it and shipping it back to us. Wow! We will definitely be coming back for another stay soon.
