Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Citrus Heights. It is 12 minutes from I 80, 14 minutes from US 50, 26 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, and 25 minutes to Auburn. In the surrounding area, there are a multitude of parks, restaurants, shopping centers, outdoor activities, and so much more! The pool slide was REMOVED. and the pool is NOT HEATED.
Our pool service is on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Please expect our pool expert, Derek, to come through the gate and clean and service the pool. Usually, it takes about 15 mins.

Summary: Everyone in our group loved the pool! The kitchen amenities were not great, limited pots/pans, etc. but there was plenty of coffee pods. The sleeping availability was plentiful and amazing. Overall it was a great spot for us to rest and relax between softball games.

Summary: Seth was very easy to communicate with, always checking in to see if we needed anything or if we had any questions. House was exactly as listed - spacious and clean with minor wear and tear which is expected for a VRBO. Look forward to renting again in the summer possibly when we can utilize the beautiful pool in the backyard.

Summary: We live in California and were looking for a weekend getaway with a pool for our extended family. This home was perfect! This property is beautifully staged with updated furnishings.
