Enjoy Barbados from this large 3 bed 2.5 bath tropical home away from home. Set in a quiet residential townhouse development, and a quick 10 minute drive from the South Coast beaches, restaurants, groceries, gas stations, and shopping - you will be close to all amenities while still being away from the hustle along the busy coast. Relax at the large communal pool on one of the many sun loungers, or catch up with your reading in the privacy of the covered terrace looking out into the gardens.
The entryway opens up to a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The comfortable sitting area has a couch and armchair set in front of the cable TV, and the dining table has seating for four. A recently outfitted kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need while on holiday, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and kettle. Two french doors lead out to the terrace with additional seating looking out to the tropical garden space. Upstairs are three comfortable fully air-conditioned bedrooms. The third bedroom's closet is located on the landing directly opposite the bedroom door.
The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located downstairs next to the powder room. Should you choose to rent a car, you can make use of the two parking spaces allocated to Gunsite #28. Please note quiet hours between the hours of 9pm and 8am and no smoking is allowed.

Summary: Townhouse worked well for our family of 5 as a base to explore island from. Clean. Large enough. Reasonably well appointed. No security concerns. Short walk to community pool. Would recommend a car though we had no issues with taxis. Garbage bins buried in ground in front of unit; recycling near main gate.

Summary: The townhouse was wonderful. My family and I felt safe in the community, friendly neighbors, the pool was nice and warm everyday. There's a lot of restaurants nearby, the beaches nearby. The house was nice and spacious big for six people. I will definitely recommend this rental spot 28 Gunsite townhouse. Most of all, Chanice did an amazing job with hosting. Thank You!

Summary: When I say that this will be my FOREVER vacation home, I mean it! This place has EVERYTHING that you could ever need. Staff is very responsive and understanding. Very peaceful. (Even got to see a few monkeys that kept coming by to entertain us). Tucked away in a remote area but getting a car/taxi service to come to you is super easy. Advanced notice is best but still you won't have much trouble. Also, there is a convenience store within 6 minutes by foot...they have a lot of things there, which was A LIFESAVER! The unit was extremely clean, well laid out and spacious. Decor was well done. Having the washing nachine & dryer was an extreme plus! We went home with clean clothes😊. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and when we we return to Barbados for a future trip, this is where we'll be!

Summary: The place is absolutely delightful, mirroring the picturesque images exactly as depicted. Although there was a temporary issue with pool access for a couple of days, which was beyond the host's control, they were remarkably understanding and proactive in ensuring our needs were fully addressed. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Summary: I got married on the island on June 25th, I had initially rented gunsit villa 28 for 5 days but my family loved it so much we extended for the entire stay.The villas was so clean, fully stocked with towels, kitchen has all of your needs.. everything was lovely. So much so that we decided this is our location to stay as a family whenever we are in town. Asha at BLS was awesome as well..great customer service! And we loved the housekeeper!The only thing I would say is the down fall is that the downstairs do not have air-conditioning.
