Summary: Beautifully decorated and homey. It was the perfect place to rest my head while at a wedding in the Utica area. Bed was comfy, everything i needed was supplied. Host was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a lovely stay

Summary: Very comfortable with rustic charm decor and lots of character. King size bed with quality mattress. Very clean with modern appliances. Unique structure with two levels that allow spacing for separate activities as desired. Only 2 of us, but would comfortably accommodate 4 for sleeping with the 2 couches, and enough space to entertain daytime guests. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would book again if we return to the area.
