This large five-bedroom home is in a central location on a quiet street, and offers stunning views from almost every room.
It is the ideal place to base yourself during your time in Hobart.
You can take the bus right outside the front door, which will get you to the city in about fifteen to twenty minutes.
If you have a car it is only a short drive to Hobart CBD, Salamanca and MONA.
A café, news agency, chemist, petrol station and corner stores are all close by.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
The large centrally located home is spacious with lots of light.
It consists of five bedrooms, one main bathroom, an en-suite, and a sink and toilet in the fourth bedroom downstairs.
The large loungeroom has three leather couches and a recliner which comfortably fits ten people, has a smart TV with Netflix, Stan, and Kayo.
This room also provides a reverse cycle heat pump to keep you warm during the chilly day/nights.
It also has a Nintendo Wii console/controllers and Wii games, there are also plenty of board games and toys for kids of all ages to keep them amused while the adults relax.
The kitchen has an air fryer, a stove, utensils, supplies, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker to help you prepare gourmet meals. It also has an eight-person dining table and a high chair.
Adults and children alike will enjoy the deck and backyard. There is a little gas BBQ for use and a little eating table and seats to sit out and take in the natural air.
Outside, near the clothesline, there is a Totem tennis pole that everyone of all ages can enjoy.
The laundry is upstairs with a washing machine and washing liquid for your use.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, with an en-suite.

Bedroom three has two single beds with toys for the kids.

Summary: Views across Hobart from all front rooms, we could even see the Tasman bridge, striking at night with all the lights. A friendly little Kangaroo worked on mowing the back lawn most of one day. The wifi worked well for one of us who had to work some days. A good place to stay, near to bush walks and a handy little supermarket with good fresh fruit and veg. Hot bread shop a few shops down. No need to trek a long way for shopping. Shelley was very helpful and easy to contact. Would happily stay there again

Summary: This property and the owner are fantastic. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and the property is awesome, with fantastic views from most rooms. There is plenty of room for a large family. It is situated in a lovely area, not too far from Hobart central. There was even a wallaby and pademelon that visited the back yard regularly, for a feed. Would thoroughly recommend the place to other visitors.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shelley’s place. Her house was spacious, clean and had all necessities. Rooms were perfect, beds were comfortable and sufficient heating. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place! My kids enjoyed the house as well, especially the toys and playroom. The added bonus was seeing an echidna outside Shelley’s place! In my 29 years of living in Australia, that was the first time I saw one!
