Within 20 minutes driving from world-class skiing: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Arapahoe basin, Loveland, and 30-45 minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. Excellent golfing nearby at The Raven at Three Peaks (4 miles from home), and The River Course at Keystone (6.5 miles away). Courses at Breckenridge, Keystone Ranch, Copper, and Vail are all with 30 minutes drive, a plethora of bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, sweeping views across Lake Dillon, and easy accessibility to I-70 and the wonderful restaurants of Silverthorne and Dillon, you are bound to make lasting memories at this house. Over 5,200 square feet, pool table, large great room, formal dining room.
The space -The house is only 5 minutes from town, but feels very secluded being high up on the hill overlooking Silverthorne and Dillon. The house is 3 stories, with the entrance on the 3rd floor. There is ample sleeping room, dining room, and lounging room. You will find a pool table, media room, piano, and 4 gas fire places to make yourself comfy.
The house is over 5,200 square feet - so it feels very spacious and roomy.
5 of the rooms have either king or queen beds and an ensuite bathroom and closet. The other rooms have a queen and a bunk bed that and uses shared hallway bath. This house can sleep an army of people in beds.
Outdoor propane grill you can use to cook up a delicious dinner.
The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you need to cook meals in the home.

Summary: This was the most equipped house we’ve ever vacationed in. The owner was incredibly responsive to a few questions we had. You could see the house from just about anywhere in the area and the views were incredible!

Summary: The house was spacious and welcoming. The family room and kitchen were large with many seating options. The kitchen was well outfitted with cooking tools. It was nicely located in between all the ski areas. Everyone had a great time.

Summary: This was a beautiful house that we thoroughly enjoyed We had family ranging from 11-76 years old everyone had a wonderful time there was lots of room and lots to do to keep everyone happy The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our gang. Summary: Breathtaking views and perfect central location for enjoying golf, dining, day trips to Frisco, Breckenridge, Vail, and more. Sunrises and sunsets cannot be beat from the deck of this spacious home. The stress of the DFW rat-race just melted away with the first sip of coffee on the large deck in 45-degree temps. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay.

Summary: We had a great stay! The views are amazing, house was great, enough room and things to do for all of us! The only thing that was a little disappointing was a company showed up to service the hot tub on Saturday afternoon and the water was pretty chilly for that evening because the heater didn't get turned back on. Other than that we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Justin!
