Please familiarize yourself with the amenities offered with the rental so you are prepared for your stay. Home sleeps 10 and is situated in the historic Village of Gilbertsville, just 20 minutes from Oneonta and All-Star Village. We welcome baseball families or anyone that wants to escape for a peaceful get-away.
Perfect for large families or groups, our four bedroom home has 2 king master suites with en suite bathrooms. One master is on the first floor and one is on the second floor. Our second floor master has a large walk-in closet that has a window and great space for a porta-crib if needed. There is also 2 guest bedrooms upstairs, one with two single beds and one with a queen bed. These guest rooms share a guest bathroom.
An over-sized country kitchen with a large table easily seats 8-10 people. The kitchen has everything you would find in your own kitchen so cooking and clean-up is a breeze. All dishes and cook ware are provided. There is also a gas BBQ grill for guests to use.
There are two living room spaces open to one another with a sleeper sofa in one that sleeps two. Also on the first floor you will find a laundry and half bath. All linens are provided.
Guests are also welcome to visit our Standard bred horse farm located just three miles east of the village. Here, at Southwind Farm, you can view our beautiful race horses in training, relax by one of our ponds, or hike to the top of our property, overlooking the entire Butternut Valley, for some amazing photo opportunities. There is a 2 night minimum during off season and a 5 night minimum June through Labor Day.

Summary: All 9 of us (ages 8 months to 65) loved this home! It was also a great place to host local family with its generous kitchen and all of the comfy gathering places where we could catch up. We'll be back, for sure.

Summary: My family stayed here at the time of a wedding nearby. The property is close (<10 minutes) to the venue, clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again happily!

Summary: Spectacular home, everything is clean and the property is well kept. We had a wedding event at the farmhouse and we were only 5 minutes from the venue. House is nicer than the pictures.

Summary: Great home to stay in especially if you're going to a wedding at The Gilbertsville Farm. The house was VERY clean and well maintained. It's nice and bright with many windows and a lovely porch to relax on. The kitchen is big with plenty of seating and has everything you will need. The bathrooms are updated and bedrooms are very comfortable. This was a great experience!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay with extended family for our daughter's nearby college graduation. The house was able to accommodate all us comfortably and the location is quiet and beautiful. Kelli was wonderful in working with us when an issue arose related to one of the bathrooms. We would definitely stay again!
