Beautiful family-friendly home located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Johnson City, TN. Conveniently located to several retail areas, businesses restaurants and hosithis property sits on a beautiful lot.
The main level consists of a large, tastefully decorated living room; elegant formal dining room, office space that can be used as an extra sleeping area; a well- stocked kitchen; large master-suite with jacuzzi tub and a spererate half bath.
Guests will find the second level to be equally impressive with three spacious bedrooms, two of which have large bonus rooms attached that is perfect for large families with children. There are also two additional full bathrooms on this floor. A baby nap room has been set up with a play pen , zoo decor, diaper rack and a chair. Allowing quiet space for a small child while still in a bedroom with adults.
The outdoor areas provide plenty of space for fun times together or for entertaining. There is enough room allowing for larger groups to have plenty of room to spread out.

Summary: The house is very nice, with plenty of room for everyone. We had extended family: grandparents, grandkids, uncles, aunts, etc, and everyone had plenty of room and privacy. The Master Suite has a private bath, as does one of the upstairs rooms. The other two upstairs rooms share a bath. The pictures are very accurate. Two of the upstairs rooms have an adjoining "bonus room" that connects through a doorway. Each bonus room is also a complete bedroom, with queen beds. So while the house technically has 4 bedrooms, it actually has 6 (again, the bonus rooms connect through a bedroom, so they're not counted as separate bedrooms). They are perfect for a family with kids. The pool area is fantastic. Outdoor lounging at its finest! The host does live in a separate apartment in the basement of the house. He is exceptionally helpful with any issues that may arise. I honestly can't say enough about how well he responds and communicates. The only (minor) issue is the upstairs rooms tend to get a little warm on an extremely hot summer day, as the A/C seems to struggle to cool. Again, not a major issue, but if you like it freezing cold at night it's not going to be. The property is very clean and is well maintained.

Summary: Group needed a place to stay for the NHRA 2023 . House was the best location in the site and the host was very nice ... although the site does not say he stays in the basement it was still no hassle and peaceful

Summary: Our experience at this house was nothing short of extraordinary. From the bedding and comfortable beds to the stunning pool, firepit, gazebo, and meticulously maintained outdoor spaces - it was an absolute delight. This house offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and safety. If you're looking for a spacious retreat that caters to every need, this is the place to be. There were SIX comfortable beds that were off the charts, providing us with the best night's sleep we've had in ages. The attention to detail in selecting high-quality mattresses and luxurious linens truly sets this house apart. One of the highlights of our stay was the spectacular pool. The sparkling waters beckoned us to take a dip, even though the weather did not cooperate. The pool area was well-maintained and the kids loved swimming and creating cherished memories. Another feature that stole our hearts was the firepit and gazebo. It provided the ideal setting for a cozy evening, filled with laughter, stories, and s'mores. The ambiance created by the firelight and the peacefulness of the surroundings made these moments truly magical. The outside area of the house was a true oasis. WE also loved walking the dogs in the neighborhood. 12 of us stayed in this wonderful house - cooking stove/oven was wonderful, SO MANY supplies were issued and the OWNER Shawn was wonderful. He literally catered to our every need [and we had a few]. We can't wait until next year when we get to rent again!

Summary: We could not have asked for a more perfect location for our family getaway! All four of our grown kids plus their significant others joined us, along with our dog from all across the country for Thanksgiving and everything worked out great! There was more than enough room for all 10 of us. It is a beautiful home in a safe, quiet neighborhood.with all the necessities you can think of plus all kinds of thoughtful touches. Great host who touched base just enough to make sure all is good too. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely return when we can get everyone together again!

Summary: Great stay. Shawn was a great host. Shopping very close to the house. Plenty of space inside! Very impressed by how well stocked the house was…linens, paper products, fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. Minor repairs needed here and there, but nothing major. We would stay there again! Thanks Shawn!

Summary: This property fit what I was looking for in a location to meet another family where there would be 4 adults and 4 kids in total. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the pool were all ideal in our search. Nothing in the listing mentioned, however, that the owner would be in the basement of the property with 2 dogs during our stay. We actively selected this property over another option due to residents in the basement, so we were a bit surprised to learn of this upon arrival. Additionally, we were not provided a key to the property for our stay. I did ask for one during check in but did not receive one, so we did not feel comfortable leaving our belongings in an unsecured house and felt that an adult always needed to stay behind just in case. The house was pleasant, and the owner was communicative and accessible. We just would have liked to have this information beforehand and did not see any of it in the listing or in any other reviews.
