Positive: The host attempt to solve our issues.

Negative: It’s clear the house needs maintenance work. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job with the cleaning. The bedsheets were dirty and stained. One of the bed frames was broken. The AC was broken and not working for two out of three of our nights. One of the showers didn’t have cold water. Most of the doors didn’t lock. There is a just a lot of work that needs to be done and one would assume that the host would be checking on the property to make sure everything is functioning for the guests.

Summary: Our stay was uncomfortable and unpleasant I appreciate the host for trying to work with us to resolve the issues.
