'Le Casone' is a large house (360 m2), located in the small village of Poggio Marinaccio, in Castagniccia (the chestnut grove). The village is made up of 9 houses and is at a dead end, so there is no traffic.
The house is on 4 levels with a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 3 toilets. The interior is simple, high ceilings, with floors or stone on the floor and white walls. In summer, the house is cool given the thickness of the walls. All rooms have a double exposure and are located on the 1st and 2nd floor with a bathroom (large corner bath) on each floor and a bathroom (shower) on the ground floor. There is one wc per floor.
