No pets, owner allergic. Extra guest over 2 people extra charge.
Owner lives up stairs. Share front entrance, mild shared noise. I'm a p/t dad, accommodating, friendly, Canadian, communicative, no drama. Best for longer stays, quiet guests preferred.

Summary: Property is as described, in a quiet safe neighborhood, in a very convenient location for Longmont and for accessing nearby locations/towns/natural areas. Max was a great host, very communicative and welcoming.

Summary: Everything was as described. We really appreciated how quiet it was. The cooking possibilities are quite limited, true to the description. We did cook a very simple meal one evening, and the rest of the time we reheated pre-made items we'd got at the grocery store deli. Communication with the host, Max, was very good.

Summary: The space was as listed- large, clean, and quiet. The kitchenette is very minimal- as Max says in his listing- but I managed to cook a couple of simple meals for just the 2 of us. The bed was super comfy for us. My only personal observation is the apartment gets no sun- not a biggie in the larger scheme of things. All in all a very pleasant experience, and Max was an awesome host.
