Large, 2 bedroom apartment above garage at owner's private home with the Connecticut River just across the street. Winter trail access!
Walking distance to Pittsburg Village and a favorite fishing spot on the Connecticut River. Snowmobile trail access to Trail 128. (We are grateful to several neighbors for this!) No ATV trail access at this time. Clarksville Freedom Trails for non-motorized use (walking, nature, snowshoeing, etc.) is nearby.
Inside the 900 sq. ft. apartment you will find a nicely equipt kitchen, smart tv, and a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa. Queen beds in each bedroom. The large bedroom includes a twin.
We have plenty of parking available for your vehicles and trailers.
NOTE- holidays/long weekends require minimum 3 day stay
Snowmobile/ATV season weekends - 2 night minimum
No smoking, vaping or pets.

Summary: David and Linda were wonderful. They knew why we had come to their little town in New Hampshire and did everything they could to help us find what we needed. We loved talking to them and the lodging that they provide was large and very comfortable. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and their's was the best ever.

Summary: Property was right on the line of Pittsburg and easily to find. Owners were a pleasure and very welcoming, also offered our children to feed the deer that come onto the property. The apartment was very clean and provided everything we needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay again.
