Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home; the home was furnished nice, very clean and all amenities were as stated and very comfortable for all ages. Our time using the home was too short as we had traveled to Redding for "Celebration of Life" for a family member and most of our weekend was spent away from the property with the family elsewhere. We'd like to come back and enjoy more time there...a great prooerty for a family gathering!

Summary: Spacious house. Kitchen has what you need, we stayed over a holiday so brought a few extra baking sheets etc. High chair in the garage. Decent size back yard. Received check in code mid morning of day we arrived. Plenty of towels, extra blankets.

Summary: Really enjoyed my stay at this Home. With my trip to Redding I was able to give my granddaughter a surprise baby shower with our Redding family, had a family gathering for my brothers service and then I just relaxed 2 days afterwards and had friends in the area come visit as if it was just my home. Very nice and real home feeling. Plenty of room to gather as well as for sleeping. Children had a blast as well as the adults. I would recomend this home for a relaxing time and/or a family gathering.

Summary: Went to Redding for a family reunion. Stayed here for 2 nights. The house was clean bedrooms very roomy. The pool is old but we enjoyed cooling down in it would be nice if there were some lights in the pool area for the evening. Kitchen had lots of appliances and cookware. Plenty of extra guest towels ,TP and garbage bags! Appreciated that! Host was very accommodating and responded quickly.

Summary: The interior of the house is clean. The yard is overgrown around the pool. The pool is barely functional. I contacted the owner 2 times about the pool. First time about a month before arrival and 2nd time about 3 days prior, both times asking if the pool was open and ready to use. Both times the owner said it was open and ready to go. The pool was dirty and green. Clearly not ready for use. The pool guy came the next day, cleaned the pool and added chemicals. The pool in general is in very poor shape, huge patches of plaster missing, pump barely moves water. The house is large, bedrooms big, beds seemingly comfortable. The a/c struggled, the exterior temp was 84. I question if it would function at all in Reddings more typical 90 to 100 plus summer days. In general the house is old, the remodel is adequate, the house sits on a very busy road, lots of road noise during the day, fairly quiet at night. The owner did not give us a code to the house until the morning of our arrival. We were 7 hrs away. Not knowing if we had been scammed, or if we would ever get a code to the house. In general any contact we had with the owner, was adequate (barely).

Summary: We brought ten high school seniors and two chaperones to Redding. We really enjoyed Brandy Creek Beach at Whiskey Town Lake. The house was great! Comfy beds and clean rooms. The kids loved the pool table and the ping pong table. Definitely worth the rent. The location was great if you know what it’s like to live three hours from Costco you appreciate a ten minute drive!

Summary: The large house was clean and smelled nice. The backyard is huge. The pool looked great, but the weather wasn't right for swimming. There was a nice coffee set up. The kitchen could use a few more small appliances, slow cooker, baking dishes and coffee grinder. The beds were comfortable. The check out process was reasonable.

Summary: We had a long weekend stay 3 nights, it’s an older house that is well kept and comfortable, however the dishwasher was broken and there were no kitchen towels to dry dishes, which was not communicated, we reached out to ask for towels and they never arrived. Being that we had a funeral we were not available to greet the repairman for the dishwasher that was scheduled at the same time. Right after we cleaned and left the house i was flying out from Sacramento and was driving there when I realized we forgot something, but we still had a member of our party in the area, we reached out because I left important documents that i wanted to retrieve, the owner was not helpful and the documents have now been lost, which creates many new processes and hassles, all he had to do was allow us back in right after leaving, or save the documents for us to retrieve. This was the biggest disappointment, shows total disregard for our needs. The property was great but I wouldn’t want to deal with Ian again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this Redding property! There were some minor issues with the house but were negligible. The pool table was a great source of entertainment. Kitchen area was spacious and plenty of seating in the living room for everyone. 5 bedrooms were perfect as we all had our own rooms. There was also a linen closet with extra sheets and towels. The 3 bathrooms were appreciated too! Overall, great stay at this Redding rental.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this home. There was so much space in each of the rooms we didn't feel crowded at all. There were extra blankets and linens easily accessible . We had lots of space inside as well as out side. The garage was quite cold so Pool games were limited and quick. But there were table games that we could bring in the house. The internet was not as strong as I would have liked and the TV in the living room dropped our programs through out our stay. But we wanted to have quality family time and that was what we got.
