Positive: Super central location, within walking distance to the TGV, and tourist sites in Reims. Amazing to have an elevator to help with luggage, lovely kitchen, lounge and bedrooms, and a cute balcony to people watch.

Negative: It is above a busy restaurant street, so can be noisy at night.

Positive: The apartment was clean and bright , spacious, and was a marvellous location near the train station and important sites. There was no shortage of restaurants shopping and historical sites within easy walking distance. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Negative: No parking, and if you are traveling with more than one or two bags it’s almost impossible to navigate the parking and transporting bags to the apartment. Not enough towels were provided. One hand towel for 4 adults for three days??? Although the towels were professionally cleaned they smelled really bad. No restock on coffee. This is not a hotel and at best is a poorly stocked air BNB unit!

Summary: OK for one night but I’d suggest a hotel is a better alternative

Negative: Night club below the apartment means audible parties until 5am. Apartment is relatively dated - shower ‘works’ but isn’t great - and that holds for most facilities.

Positive: The apartment was central, easily accessible from the train station and very close to necessary amenities and shops. Also really loved that there was sun coming into the lounge for relaxed days indoors. Overall, this is a good and practical apartment.

Negative: This is not a big issue but the dishwasher was not working during our stay. The toilet also had water dripping most of the time but since we did not report it, means it was not a major issue for us.

Summary: Great spot if you are looking for a spacious apartment that's easily accessible.

Positive: It was light, modern, big and beautifully renovated. The location was superb with sunshine streaming through the full length glass doors opening onto a small balcony. Additionally the toilet was separate from the large bathroom. Bedrooms had all clean linen even the duvet covers!!!

Negative: The only problem we encountered was because of the booking.com translator. We were told the key was in the building ‘next door’ when in fact it was 6 minutes down the road. It was frustrating trying to locate it. The owner replied immediately to any of our questions but again the translation from English to French and vice versa was often incorrect. The owner apologised for the instruction booklet not being available. That would have been a great help.

Summary: Gorgeous place to stay in Reims with small hiccup in communication.
