Positive: We had a really great stay in Pervalka. The hosts are kind, friendly and flexible with check in/out. The location is great - less than 1 minute from the lagoon, the bus stop and a good restaurant. For us, the apartment offered everything that we needed - a cosy place just to sleep in and have a morning coffee. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Negative: The water pressure in the bathroom was low, you should use only one water source at a time. The pipes are very thin, may be this is the reason. I would organize the lower cabinets in the kitchen better and would eliminate some unnecessary staff. :)

Positive: As previously, it is avery cozy and warm appartment. Good communication with the hosts, convenient get into the appartment. Good heating during the colder season. Kitchen contains all needed stuff, some stuff is getting a little old, though. You'll find plenty of board games

Negative: Some parts of the appartment are getting old. For instance, the water pressure in the shower is very weak, also water doesn't go down the drain that easily, the pipes seem to be clogged.

Positive: It's not the first time I have stayed in Lapės namai and experience was great - the same as few years ago. The room is small but spacious, fully equipped kitchen, flexible table arrangement (you may use both or just one, bring it outside in to the terrasse or have it indoors). Windows are huge - when you open them you may bring outside inside. Sun greets you in the morning, therefore evenings are pleasantly cool. You may feel the care of the hosts all the time. I was very grateful they were able to accommodate my check-in outside of check-in hours. Thank you for sharing your home!
