Positive: Fantastic stay. Room was huge. Staff relaxed. Lovely bar area. Continental breakfast was good. Let us check out later due to funeral. Obviously expect the front rooms to be a little traffic noisy and some of the fittings to be a little dated. The hotel is very old and creaky. Brilliant place to stay.

Positive: We had a great stay for one night, the bed was hard but some people prefer that. The room was fit for purpose and good value for money. breakfast basic continental. evening meal was really good. brill location! Would stay again as now know what your getting for your money.

Negative: the hotel is old and the rooms and corridors are dated and tired and floor boards very rickety. tiles on the bathroom floor peeling. The shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. no happy medium.
