Positive: Luckily the entire property was for us and we got good privacy. Owner is very supportive. Loved that we could eat many tropical fruits.

Negative: At night the kitchen area has lot of bees and flies. May be something can be done as due to light lot of bees present and we couldnt sit in the kitchen area after dark. Hot water can be improved, wifi is not upto the mark as no network . We did not use wifi at all as we spend most of our time enjoying playing games. But for some people who require to work or have something urgent to do. Internet may be required..
