Positive: Nice view. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. My kids wish that they can stay more nights at the apartment. The supermarket is located right downstair, which is very convenient. We were able to make dinner and enjoy the view.

Negative: There’s no shampoo or body wash.

Positive: Very clean and very large appartment. Despite being on a main road, the traffic sound was not an issue for us because the apartment is on the fjord side. The place is furnished with Ikea products but in a tasteful way and everything you need is there. It even included AppleTV with plenty if things to watch if we would have wished so, but the balcony and sofa with a view are also nice for quietly reading a book. Very friendly host who checked us in and were happy to help with ahything we asked for. Nice shop downstairs, which has everything you need to cook breakfast/lunch/dinner plus some nice local products and souvenirs. The food in the restaurant downstairs is what you can expect from a roadside place: decent for a reasonable price. Not bad for what it is. We stayed one night and it was perfect for a stopover.

Negative: Not a very high-end finish (but perfect for what we were looking for). Restaurant downstairs closed a 17:30 and shop at 19:00 which could be a problem for some, but we just planned for that.

Summary: Very clean, large and practical apartment for a short stay

Positive: Location is amazing and apartment is huge and beautiful.

Negative: First, be warned that Google maps directions based on the address in Booking.com take you to the wrong place, like 10 minutes away on an unused road. We discovered that Booking.com directions are better but I wasn't aware of that function before hand. It is upstairs at roadside restaurant/cafe so easy to find and pull off. Second, be warned that the cafe and store downstairs closes at 7pm, and there is no food to be found in the area closer than at least 30-60 minutes drive round trip, and they also close early. Unfortunately we were planning on getting food and supplies there but came too late, so our family of four had a depressing dinner for breakfast based on whatever we had left in our snack bags. Unfortunately that detracted from our stay but would be no problem if you plan ahead. Also, we were not able to get the stovetop to work to make pasta.
