Positive: What a stunning property! Totally hidden away but equally close to Warburton, wineries, cafes and supermarkets. The cottage is beautifully renovated with plenty of room and filled with board games, TV, private pool, tennis court to keep you entertained. With fresh bread and lots of extras included, and all the farm animals and puppy to pat we simply didn’t want to leave!

Positive: We loved our stay at Langbrook Farm, it’s a beautiful property in the Yarra valley. We stayed in the house which was lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable and we had breakfast provided for our 2 night stay. The pool area was beautiful, pity the weather was cold so we didn’t use it. They’ve just installed a new hot tub which we didn’t use either due to the stormy weather. Cathy and Greg were great hosts and recommended a few different places for meals and also took us on a tour of the property which was great. Looking forward to returning one day.

Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Positive: We give the entire experience 11/10!!! Such a delightful villa, views to die for, warm and lovely owners - Cathy and Greg. Right from booking to ensuring we were comfortable before and during our stay, Cathy and Greg went above and beyond. They took the time to meet us, share stories about their farm, provide amazing restaurant recommendations and places to see around Yarra Junction. Breakfast was so satisfying - fruits, milk, cereal, cookies and the highlight - home baked bread straight from their oven. The hot tub with a view of the vineyards and the farm, taking a walk around their farm to greet the cows, the countless birds, appreciating nature... you're in for a treat at Langbrook Farm. Whether you take the cottage or the one bed villas, you're sure to have a memorable experience.

Positive: Cathy and Greg start with the kindness and warmth that you would expect from family. Not only do they set the scene sharing everything you need to know about the region, they genuinely want you to have an enjoyable time. They have struck a gorgeous balance between attentiveness and allowing for space and solitude to reflect and enjoy the facilities and the surrounding countryside and views. Their kind and generous energy filters through every aspect of the stay, from the beautifully freshly baked bread on arrival to the clean and luxurious amenities such as the pool, spa, tennis 🎾 court and wonderfully equipped kitchen to the pool table 🎱 and the shelve filled with books, board games and swimming pool toys. They have tried to think of everything but again this is about kind sentiments and luxury that is not pretentious but is meant to facilitate a peaceful reset, which is precisely what this stay did for us. Nothing but gratitude 🙏🙏🙏

Positive: I have just returned from 3 nights at Langbrook. Cathy and Greg are such a warm, friendly and welcoming couple. I felt very taken care of during my stay. The accommodation was very clean, lovely decor and had everything we needed and more. Cathy is such a thoughtful and kind lady. You can tell she really cares for the nature she is surrounded by and the people she meets. She is very knowledgeable about the farm, local area and nearby activities. The pool was beautiful, tennis court was in great condition and there was a new hot tub too. The views are stunning and the sound of the birds in the morning was so good for my soul. I can not recommend Langbrook farm highly enough, if you get a chance and want a warm idyllic countryside getaway with stunning views, excellent facilities hosted by a family who really cares then look not further! Thank you Cathy & Greg!

Positive: Our stay at Langbrook Farm was Fabulous in every way. Cathy and Greg go above and beyond to please. Highlights would be a farm tour and the cosiness (wood fire) of our apartment/villa. The outlook was private and had views of the farm (including friendly cows) and the mountains. Freshly made bread and extra breakfast items were a nice touch. We will book again.
