Negative: The fire escape plan and labelling. It was difficult to exit the property at 10.00 pm on a Saturday!

Positive: The hotel has extensive grounds together with many public footpaths which was ideal for walking our dog. Very attentive staff with good food being served. You can even take your well behaved dog into the restaurant.

Positive: Very helpful, friendly staff, quiet location, clean property, excellent breakfast, no hot water in the bathroom so we were given money off the dinner.

Negative: The single bed was quite rickety and only suitable a child. The spa was long term out of action and really should be removed from ad.
