Positive: Very nice and helpful people working at the hotel. Very good location of the hotel

Negative: There was practically no internet in our room and it smelled a bit musty. To get WiFi we had to go out into the corridor

Positive: The location of the hotel is spectacular! The staff are friendly & helpful. The room was spotless & very comfortable. The pool & sauna are very clean & refreshing. The breakfast buffet was delicious & was a great way to start the day! We appreciate that this Hotel was the original hotel in Heiligenblut. We loved our stay here! Historically, Heiligenblut was where the signing took place to create Austria’s 1st National Park in 1971. Be sure to stop in the Haus der Steinbőcke which is the Visitor Center in town. They have a permanent exhibition & short film, ‘Der Kőnig und sein Thron’. You will learn all about the natural environment of the area. It is well worth your time. They have a Swarovski crystal telescope outside their cafe where you can look at the Grőssglocker and surrounding mountains up close.

Positive: Location in Heiligenblut is just across main cable car so it is very comfortable to skiers.

Negative: This facility doesn’t deserve 4stars at all! Inside decoration needs serious renovation. Staff is Hungarian and mostly hardly understand German or English.
