Positive: Location is perfect - only a minute or so drive to the free parking by the Kirchberg gondola. Apartment is quiet, you have everything you need. Grocery stores not far either. Heated floor in main bathroom is really nice. Entire apartment in very good shape, very new feeling and clean. Very easy to stay here, and lots of space.

Negative: Was there in March, so it got warm enough in the evenings for the duvet to be too hot, even with all heat turned off in the apartment. Too cold to sleep without duvet, too hot with it! Beds mattresses are okay.

Summary: Perfect apartment with a phenomenal location for a family ski trip.

Positive: Gorgeous flat with a lot of space, a fireplace, sauna, a lot of storage space for our sport equipment and a well equipped kitchen! The bus stop is right out the back door.

Negative: The beds were kinda hard and worn out.

Positive: The apartment is really nice, clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. It is roomy and has everything you need. The location is great in summer and winter, there is a swimming lake close by and in winter it is close to the ski lifts. The host is professional, responsive and easy to work with. There are a couple of apartments in the building, but overall it is quiet inside. We had the groundfloor, which has a walk out patio and garden, but there is no view of anything, and a busy road runs right behind it. I would definitely recommend it.

Negative: The only negative is the lack of view on the groundfloor, and the noisy road right behind it. In winter that is not a problem, in summer it was a little disappointing, but the rest of the apartment and the general location more than make up for that.

Positive: The house was spacious with a lot of closets since Im staying for a long time that served me well. A nice sized garden. The location was perfect for my stay in Kitzbuhel. The kitchen fully equipped. Its perfect for family with kids.

Negative: All the beautiful views were unfortunately blocked by a fence or a grass fence for privacy which i totally understand but i wish it had better views. The bed linens seems to be over used.
