Positive: Breakfast was just perfect. We even had fresh made waffles which the kids adored.

Negative: Everything was great, only a little playground outside for the children and a little terrace in the back to have a drink would have lifted it even next level.

Summary: Great place to stay, very friendly staff and clean big room. We felt very welcomed.

Positive: The facility, rooms and staff was perfect!

Negative: Unfortunatelly they forgot that I have booked for 4 people, and even that the room was the correct one, I only had services (bed clothes, towels, etc...) only for 1 person :( as I arrived at midnight, It was not "easy" to get all done at that time.

Positive: Everyone there was very helpful and good at communicating. I arrived after normal opening hours, but the procedure for getting my key was well described by email, and they even called me beforehand to check.

Negative: Be aware that the EV chargers need to be unlocked by reception.

Positive: A fabulous family run hotel. Like many German Country hotels, it was comfortable, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great. The food was copious and well cooked. Good value for money.

Negative: This is more a criticism of Booking.com than the hotel. Booking.com should understand that many people look for a hotel with a restaurant, because they are travelling long distances. Therefore an evening meal after several hundred kilometres of driving is really important. We arrived at this hotel to find the restaurant fully booked. We stamped our petulant, tired little feet, and the lovely staff found us somewhere to be fed. But the need to pre-book dinner, is something that should be flagged in "things you should know". That's on you, Booking.com.
