Positive: The pool was nice and surprisingly big. It was never too crowded. The size of the cottage was good and the place itself was nicely furnished. I particularly loved the soft ottoman in the middle of the living room around which our baby was happy to crawl and explore safely. We got a good deal on booking for the 3 day stay so we didnt pay too much The cottage was very warm which was appreciated at this time of the year The bunk bed in the kids' room is very cute and the built in closet was spacious

Negative: In general there were a lot of disappointing things. When you arrive with kids after a long ride, you'd appreciate things being ready. Although staff helped with a few things, it was just a hassle. Awful beds - It was two single beds pushed together with two separate flimsy thin mattresses that are not covered well by the sheets. Every time you turn in bed the whole thing comes apart. It was extremely uncomfortable. Baby's cot was broken and didn't have a proper mattress nor a fitted sheet. I saw that previous reviews have already mentioned that but it doesn't seem that the hotel cares to change it High chair was provided but wasn't age appropriate. We asked for the harness at the reception and they provided it but the chair itself had a broken piece at the bottom The pool is advertised as warm but it's not really that warm We didn't have breakfast at the restaurant during our stay but at checkout they added it to the bill. Of course they sorted out the misunderstanding, but on top of everything else, we weren't impressed. I'm not sure what that was but there was a sound at night on our last night there. The cottage is quite isolated so it was creepy. My partner suggested it was rodents on the roof. I was happy we left the next morning. The stove didn't work when we got there; reception sent someone to look at it but she also didn't know how to fix it and left to ask someone. Not a lot of utensils provided in the kitchen. We wanted to make pasta but there wasn't even a pot big enough to boil water. Although the cottage is nicely furnished, it just felt that it had seen better days; nails in the wall with nothing on them, fabric torn on the sofa, dust in the corners, doors that don't lock properly unless slammed, etc..

Positive: Lovely staff, beautiful location in the quiet nature. Our kids loved the pool and gym. Great breakfast. The staff gave us recommendations for a very nice hike with our dog. Going for dinner in surrounding small villages was a threat with the kids, super friendly people and the kind of menus that go very well with the youngsters.

Negative: No airco in the cottages, making it a bit of a mosquito paradise in the hot summer.

Nestled in the middle of the woods and fields, it offers a beautiful sense of remoteness and calm. The view from the private terrace is absolutely breathtaking, and the little fireplace inside adds a warm, cozy touch that made our stay even more memorable. The property itself is spacious, surrounded by greenery, with plenty of peaceful corners for guests to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers and those looking to unwind.

Negative: As a SPA hotel, I expected a bit more in terms of wellness offerings. For instance, it was disappointing that no massages were available on Sundays, which limits options for weekend guests. We arrived on Saturday for 1 night and the message service was already fully booked for the day. Another area that could be improved is the restaurant service in my opinon. Unfortunately, our experience there did not meet expectations – some staff came across as inattentive or even slightly rude at times, which affected the overall impression of hospitality. For a place of this standard, a warmer and more professional service would make a big difference.
