Positive: Lovely staff, beautiful location in the quiet nature. Our kids loved the pool and gym. Great breakfast. The staff gave us recommendations for a very nice hike with our dog. Going for dinner in surrounding small villages was a threat with the kids, super friendly people and the kind of menus that go very well with the youngsters.

Negative: No airco in the cottages, making it a bit of a mosquito paradise in the hot summer.

Positive: We stayed in the Bosuil room, which is truly a unique and special experience – perfect for a romantic getaway or special occasion. Nestled in the middle of the woods and fields, it offers a beautiful sense of remoteness and calm. The view from the private terrace is absolutely breathtaking, and the little fireplace inside adds a warm, cozy touch that made our stay even more memorable. The property itself is spacious, surrounded by greenery, with plenty of peaceful corners for guests to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers and those looking to unwind.

Negative: As a SPA hotel, I expected a bit more in terms of wellness offerings. For instance, it was disappointing that no massages were available on Sundays, which limits options for weekend guests. We arrived on Saturday for 1 night and the message service was already fully booked for the day. Another area that could be improved is the restaurant service in my opinon. Unfortunately, our experience there did not meet expectations – some staff came across as inattentive or even slightly rude at times, which affected the overall impression of hospitality. For a place of this standard, a warmer and more professional service would make a big difference.

Positive: The location is perfect and really quiet and the facilities are excellent and clean. Breakfast is very good as well as the dinner. The location has sufficient charging stations for your car.

Negative: Stayed twice in a short time and noticed that reception is sloppy in following up on requests. First stay we had a suite with a balcony which we haven't been able to use due to a wasp nest. Immediately after entering our room we reported this, but nothing happened and we mentioned it again during checkout. We weren't able to use the balcony during our stay. We asked for more towels. Reception noted it down and again nothing happened. Second stay was with my sons in a cottage. Reception was very fast to notice that we 'weren't allowed to stay there because my youngest son was older than 12'. When I searched again in the reservation site on accommodation for two adults and a kid of 15, the cottage still shows up. No reason specified why this was not possible, just that we had to move to a suite next day, no discussion possible. I didn't want this as my sons had been looking forward to staying in a cottage. But reception was consistent and also didn't follow up on that, so never heard anything anymore. For a location and accommodation this nice, these events were unnecessary annoyances.
