Positive: A great location, the vineyards and gardens are beautiful and the food was delicious. The wedding function was lovely and staff attentive.
Negative: Well it didn’t meet my expectations for the price $600 for one night so value for money was low, my room was small, old and needs some tlc. The free to air TV wasn’t working but it didn’t bother me much but it should work. No mini bar prices either. Maybe I was in the older section because I was solo however I booked very early so if they put me ‘out the back’ for being solo that’s not right as I paid the same as a couple.

Positive: Great environment Large reasonably appointed rooms Good range of facilities.
Negative: Definitely showing signs of wear, through out the property. Odd layout of our room with the decorative fireplace being front and centre to the couch and bed. This meant the TV is offset, making it slightly uncomfortable to watch TV. Breakfast buffet and menu items were very limited although restaurants staff were accommodating.
Summary: Nice property with great potential. Worth the discounted rate we received but definitely a challenge to justify the rack

Positive: The location was good and serene among the hill and staffs are very friendly and warm welcomed. The food at the dining room was fantastic and the service was excellent.
Negative: Comparing to other 5-star hotels, some of facilities needs maintenance, in-detailed caring and changed to the upgraded ones. We got the garden balcony room but the table and chairs outside were so dusty. The spider webs were every corner. Also, the in-room telephone was broken and some of mini bar snacks are expired such as almond nut.
