Positive: Cosy environment and spacious for a group of 5.

Negative: We had to keep the used trash bags in the house until we left. It generated bad smell after a couple of days and we had to bear with it. There should be a trash bags dispose service every 2 days given we had paid ¥22,000 as cleaning fees. Or there should be some instructions on how we could handle the used trash bags. It seems no such details are given in the check-in instructions. And there should be a mirror somewhere on the upper floor say the washroom.

Positive: Extremely spacious, clean, lots of rooms, nicely located in the city, plenty of daily supplies such as tooth brush, shampoo and slippers.

Negative: The actual lighting looks much darker than the photos show. I personally felt a bit scared (my family was OK) particularly when lighting in one of the room does not work. Some lightings are also by sensors so they go on and off depending on your movement - when I was taking a shower (no window in the shower room) the lighting outside keeps turning off which was a bit scary.
