Positive: Loved the colonial style, the pool, the bathroom facilities were excellent and the the staff were wonderful and helpful. Fridge with kettle and tea/coffee ingredients. Easy location for Grab vehicles.

Positive: Nice old fashioned hotel near to main sights. Very nice staff, nice breakfast, amenities provided (even free coffee, tea, milo, fruits in the lobby throughout the day). Nice restaurant and a simple convenient store near by.

Negative: It is not a fault of the hotel but an aspect to consider: due to the building being old fashioned you could hear all the noise from neighbors if they are loud like our Spaniard neighbors were and we did not get good sleep :(

Positive: Great breakfast with plenty of options. Service and restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, short walk to Khaosan road.

Negative: The bed wasn't comfortable at all and was squeaky. The TV didn't work. Balcony was small.
