Summary: The staff is very friendly .the location is great. Beach front is a plus. , the food was really good at the hotel . The breakfast buffet is full of variety and very well served. No room service at this hotel but it wasn't a problem for me . I enjoyed being around people to have my meals. .I do recommend this hotel it has a lot to offer for good price.

Summary: The staff is amazingly kind, helpful and accommodating. The Manager himself drove me to a pharmacy and bought me the necessary medication for "Turista". which unfortunately hit us. They made us extra food and brought us tea at 5 am before our departure. The rooms are spacious and the sea view is spectacular.

Summary: Although swimming pool wasn't open yet (season starts May, 15), quality of service easily compensated for this. Managers were extremely helpful in organizing sightseeing trips. They were showing us the best Lebanon has to offer. With their help and sense of humor this stay is definitely both memorable and exceptionally satisfying. The best hotel in Jounieh.
