Positive: This was an immensely strange experience. The premise location is fine, it was clean (aside from some "hidden" spots in the kitchen), and we very much appreciated the air-conditioning and jacuzzi.

Negative: Communication was completely absent. First about check-in, no follow-up if we managed to find everything. Then about the coffee machine not working, no reply. Then, worst of all, about an accident, no answer whatsoever. As the plastic transparent table was set to the side, due to the sofa bed being pulled out, there was very little room to maneuver. In the evening, I wanted to walk around the kitchen island, but didn't see the table, bumped into it, and fell through it. We called the minute we could, and a friendly lady said she was going to pass it on, and asked for a photo. We immediately sent the photo via WhatsApp as per her request, we sent another message via Booking, and we left a note. Zero answer, which we found very strange. We just received the automated messages. Aside from the coffee machine not working, there was also way too little cutlery, drinking glasses and coffee cups for 5 people. Again, we're very sorry about what happened, but please communicate with your guests.

Negative: There are cameras outside, which is ok however, I was receiving messages from the owner, nonstop which means he is checking the cameras constantly. There is no feeling of privacy. Friend from bratislava was visiting us and we had to pay for him even though he has not slept there, so consider that you need to pay for every person that steps inside of the appartment.
