Summary: We arrived just after Hurricane Milton had passed through so there was some minor damage to the property - mostly with screening around the pool area. We had excellent communication with the owners who tried to have things rectified, but of course repair people were very busy. Unfortunately the pool/spa wasn't functioning properly but we were refunded our money. Our grandkids braved the pool a couple of times regardless. There were 15 of us at the house, which was a perfect size for us all. Thanks Kris and Maya

Summary: The pictures speak for themselves. The property was exactly like the pictures. The owner and the property manager responded quickly to anything that was needed or that had to be given to us in order to make our stay a even pleasant one. The added bonus to this property is that all you need to bring is you and your family and seasoning for your food if you plan on cooking. They have every utensils, pots and pans that you will need to use. By far, this has been on of the best rental vacation property I have rented. It has more than enough space for everyone to be very comfortable. I will/would stay here again.

Summary: House was very spacious & clean, host had great communication & offered us strollers which came in handy.. one less thing I had to pack up and easy access entering and leaving the gated community. Would recommend & would absolutely stay here again!
