Summary: Mid summer sleep with no air conditioning was very uncomfortable. The front desk girl wasn’t too helpful and the hotel was full so we didn’t get another room.

Summary: At check in we were promised specific breakfast item which ended out not being available. And mattress was worn out and way too soft.

Summary: When we booked we asked to stay in the handicapped room. We were told that was done. When we arrived we were told that the room was not available. The entry was not set up very well for someone needing to use a walker. The sloped walkway was uneven and the door opened so that you had to walk past the door. When we got into our room 3 light bulbs did not work. The clerk Brittany went above and beyond in assisting us . She replaced 2 of the 3 bulbs (as that was all she had). She was very helpful in figuring out which of the 2 remotes to make the TV work. Overall she was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant stay.

Summary: Drapes on the window was all stained, beds and pillows were clumpy poor condition, breakfast was lame (cold and not many options, no muffins or fruit). Only good thing was the lady at the front desk, she was friendly and helpful.

Summary: It was interesting. Check in is at 3pm. I checked in after 3 and went to my room where housekeeping was still cleaning the room. Asked my to come back in 15 minutes. Went back about 45 minutes later and girl at reception apologized for the fact she checked me in when she shouldnt have, then gave me a 9 volt battery and asked me to change the battery in the smoke detector as they didnt want to call maintenance in. Other than that, i had a great sleep in a very comfortable bed.
