Positive: It surpriced me how everything a person need could be packed in such a small room. This acomondation is nothing super fancy but I enjoyed my stay and had everything I needed.

Positive: Location was great as I needed to get to Goyang stadium for BTS concert. It was easy to catch the train to Seoul Station and go from there.

Negative: I have no complaints

Summary: It was exactly what I needed to have a self sufficient fuss free stay. Thank you !

Positive: The location is great, very short walk to the station and Times Square shopping mall. Street food, cinema, zoo, subway, restaurants, convenience stores, daiso, everything is just a few steps away. The facilities are handy and the laundry machine is great, plus easy access to dryers in the property. The owner responds fast. I think the initial response is some sort of bot and often wrong, but give it a few minutes and the owner responds personally.

Negative: The walls are thin. You can hear if there are roudy people. It’s also right next to a restaurant, so smells can get pretty intense at night, but the aircon helps. I never truly figured out the sink/shower situation. The temperature would switch between scalding hot and ice cold with no clear reason why. The walls had some stains and wasn’t the cleanest place ever, but overall very liveable. The water stopped working one morning but after sending a message it was fixed within a few hours.

Summary: Great location, recommended if you’re okay with a small room as a solo traveler.

Positive: The location was perfect, right next to a major department store, underground shopping and loads of eateries, the airport transfer bus was less than 2-3mins walk away from the room, therefore not to far to lag all my bags to.
