Summary: The is our 3rd year renting a lake house and this house was by far the best of the three. We will definitely be going back next summer. Very clean, comfortable beds, and very well maintained inside and out. The dock was perfect for fishing and for tieing up our boat. We live in the city and don’t have the best viewing conditions for star gazing, so my favorite part of the trip was the night time boat rides and getting to see sooo many stars.

Summary: Perfect location for paddle boarding which we did every day. Fished off the dock caught some big catfish and bass. The house is well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. Great location!!!

Summary: This was the most wonderful retreat! We were able to bring our boat and launch from the private boat ramp! Perfectly clean and comfortable beds all around! The dock and deck were a perfect spot for a birthday celebration! Recommend for all our friends and family!

Summary: A weekend with old friends was perfect at this property! Was too cold for us to sit outside but we still had great views from the dining area and downstairs den. Easy to get to and not far from downtown Spring City. We hope to return in the summer time so we can take advantage of the water activities.

Summary: It was better than expected, however the 3rd bedroom offer was a full size bed in which it was just a futon. Not a very good one at that. one couple ended up splitting up to sleep on sofa. Please up date your information or add the very badly needed bed back in. They made everything else go great and everyone enjoyed ourselves watching the otters play in morning, eagle fly over. geese family swam by for a quick visit. most entertaining just in still of the morning.
