*New inground pool and hot tub. Pool is available May - September. Open concept on Lake Greenwood, this beautifully constructed 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home will offer an amazing family vacation. This upscale home has many areas to enjoy your time at the lake. The deck has many seating areas that will please everyone. The observation deck has a dining table that is shaded all day. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, hang out in the gameroom where you can play pool, foosball, or darts. The home is a peaceful retreat to come home to after a day of boating.
The space
Our home has a space for everyone. If kids want to watch tv, they can hang out in the downstairs tv room. There is a game room for rainy days or for nighttime fun. The home is near Skippers on the Lake where you can rent jet skis or a boat. They also have food and gas if you dock your own boat.

This is a very peaceful area of the lake. Big, deep water with the best views!

Summary: This is the second time we rented this house. Our family loves everything about it. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and great views. We had many hours of fun in the pool, lane and kayaks. We hope to rent again next year

Summary: My family and I had such a great time. This house had plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked well. 4 kayaks were available and the pool was clean and fun to have as another option. Lisa was great and quickly answered any questions we had. I would definitely rent this property again!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The house was wonderful! It was more stocked than any other house I have ever rented. The kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. The other downstairs room had a nook in it that fit a pack n play. There were lots of toys for the lake (kayaks, floats, etc). Plus the game room entertained my kids for hours. The area surrounding the house was beautiful and peaceful. This part of the lake is nice and wide with deep water for boats and diving off of the dock. The owner, Lisa, was super accommodating and very quick to respond! We would love to rent from her again next year!
