Positive: view of the lake and outside space
Negative: I have arthritis, and having to carry heavy bags a fair walk to and from the cabin was not appreciated - esp when there is room to park near the cabin. I'm sure I won't be the only guest to find the extra walking painful or difficult due to health issues. The bed was very soggy/soft and uncomfortable - and the wooden partition next to the bed unnecessary and made getting in and out difficult. Not having a TV or WIFI was annoying. At least if there, people can choose to use or not.
