Positive: The location, the views, the friendly staff, delicious breakfast!! I had always stayed at Campbells and this was so much more for the price. It also had spacious rooms with a kitchenette! Loved it!
Negative: They had some construction and landscaping constantly which felt a little invasive

Positive: Location and front desk staff, he was welcoming and helpful.
Negative: Our experience was affected by poor customer service in the breakfast area. 4/24/35 A staff member, old lady (short hair, back tattoo) was noticeably rude. We politely asked where to get spoons and forks and even greeted her ‘good morning,’ but got no response just an angry expression. It was our first day, and that interaction immediately set a negative tone for the trip. I understand people go through things, but basic courtesy in a guest-facing role should still be there. Small interactions like this can really impact the overall experience.

Positive: The location was amazing and for my kids they LOVED having the indoor pool and the hot tub available even in early Spring. Overall our kids suite was comfy for us and our 2 little one. It was great to have the kitchenette for some meals. The lake view was beautiful. Staff was friendly.
Negative: Nothing was bad at all. The breakfast was okay nothing too crazy. The kitchenette only has a microwave so no real cooking possible (not a big deal).

Positive: Breakfast was just ok. Fresh fruit would have been nice. My kids enjoyed the waffles. A little more variety is what I was hoping for, but what was available was presented nicely and was good.
Negative: I found our room to be smaller than expected. The room was clean for the most part, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the ability to make food in the room and store food in the refrigerator, as I have dietary needs and had to bring my own food. However, I did find some hair in the kitchen and bathroom that was off-putting.
Summary: Spring Break with my two kids in a place we'd never been.
