Positive: Everything was like it said, the lodge was lovely, beds were mega comfy, the fact that it had tea and coffee, and condiments and shower gel and towels were a big plus, especially with travelling a long way, with fishing tackle in the car, not needing certain things was a big plus,

Negative: Everything was spot on apart from the wind direction, but unfortunately there was nothing they could really do about that,

Positive: Everything you need in the cabins. Clean. Nice beds. All the extra little things go a long way. Peaceful. Beautiful lake.

Negative: If you want to catch big fish, its very difficult to catch anything big unless you move to the bottom. If you like silvers, it's great to fish from the balcony, can catch all day.

Positive: Beautiful location, lovely stunning lodge easy check in and check out, very cosy, fantastic veranda, the lake is gorgeous we had the log burner going it was so warm we fell asleep on the sofa while watching tv, very nice indeed. The pizza shed was brilliant we loved it fantastic idea and in a fab location.

Negative: A few broken things ie the floor in the kitchen has a missing piece I hurt my foot. The kitchen sink had a broken piece kept coming off whenever I wiped the sides after cooking. There was only 1 sheet on the bed with no mattress protecter or any other sheets to protect the mattress and the people sleeping on it. With regards to the fishing my husband is a pro angler I myself fish, the lake is beautiful but there will be issues in the future because of the really close proximity the other lodges are to each other, there is no space to fish, next door both sides went over our rods and wiped them clean out with no apology, luckily we were there mostly to relax the fishing was just a bonus had it been solely for fishing this would have been a huge issue among the other lodges so something to bear in mind especially if pro anglers visit. The cat drove us mad we couldn’t enjoy the sunshine with the door open as it kept, coming in, it sat at the door so we couldn’t out it wouldn’t of been to much of an issue if I didn’t have severe allergies to them.

Positive: The place was amazing staff very nice and helpful. Cabins were good very cosy. Only one bad thing I could say would be get rid of them ducks. Bloody pain. Apart from them wow what a brilliant couple of days.
