Summary: It is a great place. Apartment located on level 5 with only 2 other apartments on that level. Apartment adjacent to lift and parking spot in upper basement right next to lift. Has a reasonable view of the lake. Has good shower, comfortable bed, great heating and blinds all around for privacy as there are lots of surrounding apartments. Also really close to many restaurants on Kingston Foreshore. Within walking distance of Kingston which has a Supabarn supermarket.

Summary: Excellent location, free and easy parking in the garage and next to the lift. Very good communication with the agent. The carpet could use a wash. I was lucky to have taken slippers, otherwise I wouldn't go bear food. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom tiles need a thorough clean.

Summary: Nicely situated on the lake, a view of the lake. Well set out, comfortable bed, large living area. The gym was good, with off street parking and coffee shops close by.
