Summary: The house was great. We went kayaking (3 Kayaks available) around the beautiful lake. Great location between Orlando and Daytona. Sanford has great night life. Check out The Barn(Bar). The house is upstairs which didnt matter for us at all. House is super clean and very safe neighborhood.

Summary: This property was very large and private. The guest home was nice but I would consider it ready for some updates to furniture, especially the beds. The gym was a large reason we booked the space but it ended up being more of a storage garage with a couple of exercise machines squeezed in next to a row boat. The lake was beautiful and there was a nice sitting area above a small sand entrance. The host was very responsive and kind.

Summary: Very close and convenient to Boombah. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a Publix only a short drive away. We had everything we needed, including cold a/c and washer/dryer. The grounds were immaculate, and sunsets from the gazebo on the lake were beautiful. So happy we were able to stay here for a week-long tournament, and hope to be able to come back again.

Summary: Angelia was so helpful and so prompt with her responses to our questions. Beautiful outlook of the lake and garden with bbq area which was a fantastic bonus! The beds were comfortable as well as the lounge area and the kitchen was a lovely huge size.
