- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.

Summary: Ideal location on the water. Ample space, well stocked kitchen. Having onsite washer and dryer was incredible. Even with a power outage it was the perfect place to stay. Only complaint air conditioning consisted of one window unit so it got a bit muggy on the warmer days, but otherwise fantastic.
