Summary: The place was great! Clean, well stocked, and we very much appreciated the coloring books for the kids, that was a really nice touch. Nice location, lots of activities close by. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Carlsbad!

Summary: Very nice Condo with great amenities. We enjoyed the patio and view of the Lake and RR Bridge. Only items to mention were that the Dishwasher and Dryer were full of dishes and towels.....also no garbage bag liners could be found. Sunken living area a bit dangerous and not marked at all
