Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Oroville! This townhome is meticulously maintained with amazing views from every level. It is 4 levels with the master on the top floor. Those with weak knees or disabilities may find it difficult to maneuver. The condo is well-stocked with kitchen amenities, bedding, towels, and games for the whole family. (The only missing amenity was a blow dryer:) The clubhouse is directly across from the unit and we were able to comfortably host our extended family members for Thanksgiving. We also visited Oroville during the off-season when the temps were not conducive to enjoying the many outdoor amenities this townhome has to offer. Being indoor-bound during our stay we found the TV's in the townhome & clubhouse to be outdated. We were unable to connect our devices to watch the Thanksgiving football games after several attempts by many different family members. The streaming apps themselves on each of the TV's are also out of date and do not include apps like Hulu, Prime, etc. Adding a Roku device or updating the TV's to a more modern version is recommended, especially because there is no cable provided. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and found the townhome to be comfortable and well located to the town of Oroville amenities. Thank you - The Anderson's

Summary: We loved this condo. A screen on the french door in the primary bedroom would be a great addition. We loved hearing the lake sounds and feeling the breeze but didnt like the bugs that got in! We loved everything else.

Summary: This home is well cared for and comfortable. Neighbours were extremely helpful and friendly hen my car battery died. It is quiet and we enjoyed the fusbal table with our son. It is large and can accommodate large families. Host was communicative and not intrusive. All in all we hope to be back in the spring or early summer to enjoy the lake and kayaking opportunities.

Summary: Terrific place, location, and hosts. Spent 6 wonderful days with my wife, daughters, son-in-law, and granddaughters enjoying this quiet, safe, beachfront condo. This roomy, well-appointed condo had everything we needed, including 2 kayaks. Having said that, we did bring additional watercraft to ensure we could all access the warm, calm waters of Lake Osoyoos. Having the lake 20 feet from the back door was fantastic; moreover, the American side of Lake Osoyoos is normally much less hectic than the Canadian side. We also took advantage of the Sandalia Resort other offerings such as the pool and pool table. We were pleasantly surprised to meet several of the neighbors who were very welcoming and enhanced our experience. Finally, Jon was quick to extend a welcome before we arrived and then checked in with us to ensure all was well. He was also very responsive when I had an issue with the electronic door lock (I'm somewhat technically challenged) and he helped me resolve it immediately. We will definitely return.

Summary: Absolutely lovely accommodations! Clear and prompt communication from the host. The kayaks were a great addition. The beach towels and bath towels were really convenient. The only thing I could recommend was more face cloths in the bathroom and more linen in the kitchen. There were no kitchen cloths. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: First time staying at this place,we enjoyed .Very spacious house, every bedroom has own bathroom, livingroom and playroom with another kitchen and fridge (best).And the view from the window is just beautiful. You don't need to bring a lot of stuff ,because everything is there, cayaks, bikes, life jackets, even kids toys. It's so close to water, you can leave all your stuff at the beach. The best place ,will come back.
