Beautiful farmhouse with pool table, six-man air hockey, darts, fooseball, hot tub and Sandy beach front to enjoy water sports. Relax on one of three outdoor decks, relax by the water in the four season bunkie with upper deck for enhanced views, or go for a canoe ride or kayak ride. Visit local breweries, wineries and boutiques or just visit the falls and enjoy the many amenities in the quaint town of Fenelon Falls in the Kawartha Lakes. Its a big property and spaced out with lots of room for outdoor activities. The waterfront is a short 100 meter walk to private dock and bunkie. When you drive in the private road the farmhouse is to your right and the huge waterfront yard is to the left. There are three houses on the left that make up our small community. Very quiet and serene views of beautiful Cameron Lake. Privacy fence around backyard where you have your own fire pit and hot tub. The lake front bunkie has a deck right at water to enjoy the views as well. A big property to enjoy.

Summary: We had a range of guest from 4 to 10 ages 3 to 68 and everyone had a good time. Weather was not great so the abundance of both water toys and inside toys meant we were kept busy. The host were great, they were there is we need something but were scarce when not required. I would definatly recommend this place.

Summary: We chose this property because we wanted to be lakefront, we wanted close and easy access to the water. Unfortunately this is NOT a lakefront property. The bunkie is lakefront but it’s across the road next to the owners home which is quite a walk. Definitely not lakefront. Owners provide a cart to use and a cooler with wheels to help with the distance to the lake however the distance is not clearly shared in the listing. I would have selected another property had the description been accurate. The owners are lovely people. The property is lovely as well. Lots of games, towels and bedding included. Hot tub and fire pit. All of these things made it great on a rainy day. We did receive a reimbursement of some of the amount we paid based on the description not matching the actual property however it did not make up for the fact that our only option was to cancel entirely upon arrival which was not an option after packing and having our children meet us there or take the discount and stay. We felt misled by the description and felt we overpaid for a property that was NOT lakefront.
