This house sits directly on the water on Lake Lanier, SC. Seated between 2 lovely foothill mountain towns, Landrum, SC and Tyron, NC. Tryon is known as horse country. Property is a short distance drive to the Tryon International Equestrian Center, NC, We are also surrounded by hiking and biking trails. One of which, The Blue Wall / Palmetto Trail Head, is walkable from the house.

The Living room has a wood burning fireplace and a smart tv. Netflix is available. Feel free to sign in with your own account. The house is equipped with board games for those relaxing days by the lake.
The master bedroom w/ wall of windows full of water and nature views enhanced with a cathedral ceiling, King size bed with rustic Bohemian feel includes master bath w/ double vanities, walk-in Travertine shower & floor, custom walk-in closet and clawfoot tub for soaking.
The second floor features 2 En-Suite guest rooms w/ covered balcony and all the exquisite features as the main home. Bedroom number 1 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom number 2 has a queen bed.
The covered outdoor spa area has a small Jacuzzi Tub, a gas Grill, and seating. The dock has ample seating for enjoying a well deserved glass of wine after a long day of perhaps hiking, biking or just simply extending your leisure. The top patio has a dining table with comfortable seating allowing you to unwind by the firepit.
