Summary: Very disappointed at the outside of this double-wide mobile home. It needs to be power washed and cleaned of spider webs around the doors, etc. The inside could use the same. Bath/kitchen linens are old, stained, mismatched. Bed linens are comfy as are beds. Very spacious but kitchen appliances look like they are from a college dorm. Storm doors/sliding glass doors don't close properly and live mice in the house. We had to go to the store and purchase our own mousetraps and empty them since the owner lives 1 1/2 hours away. No dressers in the bedrooms. No firewood for fire pit left on site. But it's not where you are, it's who you're with...until the mice showed up!

Summary: We wanted rental property closer to the Twin Cities with ample room for 2 couples and 2 singles while still being lakeside and with added benefit of game room. This was it! Everyone was very comfortable in their own bedroom, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of upstairs space to cook, eat and relax. Although the weather during this stay wasn't the best, we enjoyed the deck. By far we spent the most time in Family/game room playing pool and cards and watching football games since lake side wasn't our best option. The gals enjoyed short excursion to Hutchinson one day. I noticed other reviews did not give high marks for cleanliness or amenities, however we found the upgrades (bathrooms, kitchen) to be very nice. We will definitely put this property at the top of our "Go To" list for annual vacation.

Summary: Common areas were roomy and plenty of bedrooms for our group. Bedrooms in the basement were very cold. Outdoor deck areas were spacious with plenty of seating and a functioning grill. The "dock" didn't have enough room for group seating, which would have been nice for the fireworks. The steps leading to the dock were overgrown with brush. Plenty of chairs and floats in the shed but really no room to sit by the water. Most of the appliances were outdated but functioned ok. Overall cleanliness was acceptable but could have used a deep cleaning due to cobwebs in the corners and under sofas.

Summary: We rented the property for my sons wedding and although we were not there much but to sleep and hang a bit it was amazing! I wish I had rented it for one more night just to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere! And Bryan was so accommodating for me to come a few hours early on day of check in!

Summary: Everything was great! Plenty of room for 9 adults. Nice to have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Great to have 2 big family rooms and huge table. Deck around house was also great. Would stay here again. Bryan was easy to communicate with. Great fun.
