Escape to the piney woods of East Texats and enjoy picture-perfect sunsets and peaceful sunrises right on beautiful Lake Palestine! We are thrilled to share our beautiful Lakeside Escape with you! Located just 15 minutes from Tyler, TX, ("The Rose Capital of America") this 1900 square foot home provides the perfect opportunity to get away, unwind and relax with all the comforts of being close to shopping, dining and activities.

You'll find the home to be completely furnished with all linens, towels and kitchen items to make your vacation as convenient as possible. In addition to the refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave, the kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, drip coffee maker, coffee filters, electric hand beater, toaster, and Belgian Waffle maker (because this is one of our family favorites!). You can pack lightly as there is a full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room just off the master bedroom.
Overlooking the lake, the back patio/deck offers plenty of seating for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The outdoor living area features a couch, loveseat, coffee table and dining table/chairs for 6. A propane grill is conveniently located on the deck to enjoy the gorgeous view while preparing dinner. Adirondack chairs surrounding a firepit create the perfect opportunity for roasting marshmallows and making memories under a starlit sky! Edison lights are strung through the backyard trees to provide just enough light to walk back from the boathouse.
If you're looking to stay connected during your getaway, the home is equipped with high speed internet and a 65" Roku smart TV with options for logging into your accounts with Netflix, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime or Hulu. WiFi is available throughout the house.
Our community has a boat launch conveniently located about 1/4 mile from the home just down the street. Bring your boat and enjoy time out on the 135 miles of shoreline and 40 square miles of water.
The boat house is a great place to hang out and enjoy your morning coffee and even better for a happy hour cocktail as you take in an amazing sunset. Just a note of caution…please do not jump into the water off the boat dock. The water levels vary and there may be stumps. (Once upon a time, pre 1960's, this lake was just east Texas land!).

Summary: This house is easily utilized for all age groups. With the extended family staying we housed (2) 10 year olds, (3) 2-4 year olds and even a 4 month old that we stuffed her pack n play in the big closet with a sound machine so she slept undisturbed. The house is as cozy as it looks online and Ryan is at his phone and available at any time to contact if need be. Our stay was memorable and we can easily see this becoming an annual VRBO rental property for us in the summer time. 10/10 experience.

Summary: The pictures did not lie, the back yard and dock are amazing at this property! We enjoyed staying on the lake, and weren't too far from town either. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay, and wish we could have been there longer to enjoy the water a few more days with better weather.

Summary: We had an awesome time at this beautiful home! The house was very clean and tidy. The layout was perfect for multiple families and our boys loved LOVED the boat house. We have a fishing family and it was so awesome to have multiple areas to hang out at. There was so much seating and I loved that kitchen was full of essentials all we had to do was grab the groceries! The house was decorated nicely but as a mom of toddlers it was nice that it wasn’t OVERLY decorated with small trinkets I had to worry about the boys moving or breaking!! It let us all enjoy our time there together as a family. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The overall accomondations were excellent..were able to contact the owner with no problems. He was and is a good person.. The fishing was good for little fish and the kids enjoyed it.. The swimming was great...the only suggestion i would have is to install a tv in the master bedroom...other than that it was a great experience

Summary: Had an absolute blast here. Clear communication with directions, easy check in, where to find things, close groceries, expectations, and ease of check out. Lots of room. Clean, has cooking utensils. Great couch to lounge and watch TV, large dining table perfect for poker, beautiful patio with lights for night games. Dock for fishing. Only 28 min drive from Pine Dunes.
