This luxurious lakefront home offers amazing views from inside and out and features a private boat dock, a backyard with a lawn, and a new hot tub on the deck. The living room has a great lake view, vaulted ceiling, a flatscreen TV, and a two-story stone fireplace. The long wood dining table seats 10. The spacious full kitchen comes with a double oven and new stainless steel appliances. The downstairs den adds a fireplace and poker table. The main bedroom’s sliding glass door opens to the deck. There’s also a laundry washer and dryer and a gas grill outside.
Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. We have no control over lake levels.

Summary: We loved our stay in Bass Lake! The house is in a great location in a quiet cove with its own dock. The house was clean and comfortable. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house with a fully stocked kitchen and tons of games to play. We will be back next year!

Summary: the property was beautiful; easy access when checking in. The property had beautify outdoor spaces and easy access to dock. We rented a boat and was able to dock it at the house to pick up and drop of family as they choose. The kitchen was amazing, it had two refrigerators and adequate kitchenware many pots, pans and utensils. This house was very welcoming. My only complaint was the lighting was dim in all of the rooms other than that we were all amazed! Love this place and I would rent again.

Summary: There is too much to say about the issues we had staying here. We regardless didn't let them get us down. I had asked that the BBQ be clean and plenty of propane as we have a chef in the family who would do all cooking on it. First time he tried to BBQ he ran out of gas, the oven didn't function properly had not been cleaned and smoke filled the kitchen when we preheated. Trash from previous folks wasn't emptied, we had a bear go through that trash because it was in a regular barrel instead of bear boxes. Neighbors say this always happens at this rental, there wasn't a manual to explain how to use all the 5 TVs nor give instructions for other things that would have been helpful and which we have had w/other rentals. The SMS system is minimal, sometimes you want to talk to a real person and this is nearly impossible to do with this management. The owners should know how badly it is managed. The listing says they have an office where we were staying-not so. The master shower was very slow and we had to take short showers, when reported they replied did you plunge it? For the money we spent this is unacceptable! These folks are money grabbers only.

Summary: This house had a great view of the lake and the private dock was in the water, which made boats and water sports easy. The home is cute but a bit more dates than it appears in pictures. It was not very clean when we arrived, with crusted food on the counter and lewd pictures left in rooms for my 10 year old son to find. The WiFi did not work the the entire week and the gas grill worked one night and not again, which was troubling when trying to cook for a large party. Last, the hot tub water was cloudy and didn’t look clean. We did alert Vacasa and found there lack of responsiveness to address these issues disappointing.
